Shipping:
Almost all shipments are sent with USPS.  Orders over $100 shipping within the U.S. are sent at no charge; the same orders under $100 are charged a flat fee of $10.  USPS will ship to street addresses or P.O. Boxes.  They will also ship to storage locker locations that may be available in your neighborhood.  If you'd like your shipment sent to a storage locker, please designate your desire.  

We also ship internationally.  The site is currently configured to ship to Australia, Canada, Denmark, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.  Rates will populate within the cart.  We are happy to ship to other countries, please just contact us via email so we can get it set up and calculate costs.


Returns & Exchanges:
Dot & Minnie’s will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange.  Please read and follow our return policies listed here.  

Our return/exchange policy is as follows:
·      14 days for full refund
·      After 14 days, no returns will be allowed

All items must be returned with original tags attached.  We regret that we cannot accept worn, washed, or damaged items (including stains or odor) for return or exchange.

Please allow 7 days for your return to be received and processed.  We will send an email when your return has been processed.  Shipping charges on an exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer.
